Service Description
Online readings offer the same level of insight and information as would be received in a Face to Face reading. You’ll receive a confirmation email including your unique Zoom link when your booking is paid and confirmed. Online readings can be fully recorded and will be emailed to you. Please be sure to ask if you'd like your reading recorded.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours in advance. Bookings cancelled 24-48hours before the booked date and time will receive 50% of their payment refunded. No refund will be issued for late notice (within 24 hours) though clients may reschedule (once only) No shows forfeit their right to reschedule and will not receive a refund Being more than 10 mins late for your booked appointment will be considered a no show and your reading will be cancelled.
